Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a few redeeming qualities, including the helpful staff and decent breakfast, but unfortunately, my overall experience was marred by a few significant issues. The room I stayed in had a strong smell of stale cigarettes, and the presence of rats outside the dining area was quite off-putting. While it offers a budget-friendly price point, the low value for money relative to my expectations was disappointing.
I had a rather disappointing stay at this hotel despite my usual expectations from Premier Inn. The check-in process was chaotic, significantly extended due to card payment issues which took over an hour to resolve. While the room itself was clean and comfortable, the overall experience was marred by service inconsistencies and a lack of dining organization. However, I did appreciate the warm staff interactions during the stay, and I found the room to be sufficiently spacious for my needs.
We had a nice stopover at this hotel, conveniently located just off the ring road, making it easy to find. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, although the family room showed signs of needing a refresh. The staff were friendly and provided efficient service, which enhanced our stay. However, there were some drawbacks including a few maintenance issues in the room and breakfast service that could use improvement.
The hotel offered a decent stay with comfortable accommodations and a helpful receptionist. However, the lack of room phones and lengthy walks between buildings for assistance were drawbacks. The dining experience was overall good, but not without its quirks. It’s a solid option for those needing a place near Oxford, especially with good parking availability.
My stay at the Premier Inn was quite satisfactory overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making sleep quite restful, and the staff were helpful when I needed assistance. However, the air conditioning left something to be desired, as it was either too cold or too warm for my liking. The dining options for breakfast were good, but booking is essential as it can get crowded on weekends.
